Jsonpath support for kops

As @yissachar mentioned in an issue. It would be AWESOME to have jsonpath support in `kops`. The requirements are exactly the same as how jsonpath support works in `kubectl`.

Start at the kops command entry points and compare how its output is selected with kubectl's JSONPath behavior. The work is done when kops supports JSONPath with the same requirements and behavior described in the issue; no specific files or tests are identified here.
