Update moderator lists

### Describe the issue

ContribEx:

I've update the list of Slack admins in #8957 , but the lists of other moderators on [the moderators page](https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/main/communication/moderators.md) is also at least 3 years out of date, possibly longer. Someone needs to take up updating the following:

- [ ] Mailing list moderators
- [ ] Discuss admins
- [ ] Youtube admins
- [ ] Zoom admins

Note that, in some cases, this will involve fixing the actual set of people with admin/mod permissions in the application in question.

Start with communication/moderators.md and review the four unchecked moderator lists against the current services and their administrator settings. Confirm the current people for each list, update the documented entries, and correct application permissions where needed; done means all four lists and corresponding moderator access are current.
