Installation on macOS Catalina with oh-my-zsh

All prerequsite installed but during the installation I see the following output:

Start with the installation output and line 90 of /Users/1/apps/fubectl/fubectl.source in an oh-my-zsh environment on macOS Catalina. Reproduce the installation and investigate the reported alias/function parse error; done means the source file loads without that error.
