### What you would like to be added?
The goal of the issue is to add Spark examples for job submission using filesystem URIs - `local://`, `s3a://`, `gs://`, `hdfs://`, etc.
### Why is this needed?
This is needed to cover local / remote URI use cases for Spark job submission.
