Description
The pipelines repository needs to be migrated into the Kubeflow SDK to avoid the use of multiple packages and allowing a unified presence for all the packages in the SDK repository as discussed [here](https://github.com/kubeflow/sdk/issues/125)
## Approach
The approach, as discussed in the [call](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhxUU11FBY4&t=1715s), will be to include the Kubeflow Pipelines repository as a submodule, making it easier to use in the SDK, without needing additional installation as a package.

Research direction
Start by reading the discussion in Kubeflow SDK issue #125 and the linked call, then inspect how the pipelines repository and SDK are currently organized. Define the submodule integration boundaries and verify that Pipelines is present in the unified SDK without requiring an additional package installation.
