### Description

Improve the Workspace table and create/edit wizard UI.

### Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] The pod config information, only the one that is inside the explandable row, should not be shown in it. The CPU and memory information should remain.
- [ ] Label keys should not be capitalized in the UI, including the `FilterByLabels` component.
- [ ] Home volume is expanded by default and not collapsable at the workspace creation wizard properties. It should remain using the `ExpandableSection` component.
- [ ] Home volume, Data Volumes and Secrets: The `div` containing their description is visible even when they are expanded.
