After https://github.com/kubeflow/katib/pull/1241#issuecomment-656832730 and https://github.com/kubeflow/katib/pull/1197#issuecomment-634831996 we disabled e2e test for Custom Metrics Collector that was added here: https://github.com/kubeflow/katib/pull/908.
We should try to find and modify source code for that image: `docker.io/kubeflowkatib/custom-metrics-collector` or create new example for the Custom Metrics Collector and submit it under `/examples` Katib folder.
