Kubeflow Community Calendar inconsistencies

When working on https://github.com/kubeflow/website/pull/4416 I noticed that there are currently a few small issues in the calendar setup that someone with the appropriate permissions could potentially fix:
- [x] Rename Meeting for "Kubeflow Model Registry call" to "Kubeflow Hub call" (cc @kubeflow/kubeflow-hub-team for confirmation)
- [x] Correctly associate the Meetings with their associate "Committee": The committe dropdown in the LFX calendar currently offers only two options (one for "Kubeflow Pipelines WG" and one for "Kubeflow Training WG") out of which only the trainer one actually has meetings associated with it.
- [ ] The Docs Agent call & the outreach committee use a bare Google Docs Link whereas all other ones have a bit.ly link
- [ ] There are no YouTube Playlists for the Docs agent call and the outreach program

Start by reviewing the LFX calendar entries for the Docs Agent call and outreach committee, then compare their links and playlist fields with the other meetings. Done means the remaining checklist items are corrected and both meetings use the expected short links and YouTube playlists, with the required permissions or confirmations obtained.
