Rename go-deploy

The functionality of go-deploy has changed quite a lot since its inception, and the name doesn't really reflect all the features it has now. Especially if we merge sys-api, the name makes even less sense.

We can discuss this in the issue here, everyone feel free to propose names and discuss this.
