Description
**Describe the bug**
When one member of a team shares any amount of deployment it works as expected. The problem occurs if another member of said team shares a deployment, then all the other previously shared deployments become "unshared" and cannot be viewed anymore by the team members.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. One team member shares a deployment
2. Another team member shares a separate deployment
3. See that the first deployment cannot be viewed in the dashboard anymore by the team member to whom it was shared
**Expected behavior**
All members of a team should be able to share deployments with eachother.
**Desktop**
- OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631
- Browser: Firefox
- Version 145.0.2 (64-bit)
**Additional context**
We are only two members in the team who produced the bug

Research direction
Start by reproducing the two-member scenario in the dashboard: have one member share a deployment, then have the other share a separate deployment. Trace the deployment-sharing flow from the dashboard and inspect how previously shared deployments are represented. Done means both members can share separate deployments while retaining access to all deployments shared with them.
