Move resource status to a separate component

We're starting to have a lot of stuff in the top bar of the Edit page. I think it might be beneficial to add a Status component or similar at the top of the page, where we can show status with more room, sort of like an "overview".

Locate the Edit page and inspect how the top bar currently renders resource status. Determine the appropriate boundary for a separate status or overview component and confirm which status information should remain visible. Done means the status is presented in its own area with more room and is no longer part of the crowded top bar.
