Description
We have Totp.RemainingSecods() which however does not indicate when the current time window started. There is no way to find out the steps that the Totp was created with (#45) so developers cannot even calculate it manually given an instance of Totp.
How about adding Totp.ElapsedSeconds()?

Research direction
Locate Totp.RemainingSecods() and inspect how the current time window and its step size are calculated. Add the requested elapsed-window information, then verify that it reports the elapsed seconds for the current TOTP window and that relevant tests cover the behavior.
