Description:
As part of upgrading the Models Web Application from Angular v14 to v16+, the Kubeflow Common Library must be upgraded first.
This issue tracks the dependency and compatibility work required in models-web-app to support the updated common library and enable the main Angular upgrade.
This is a prerequisite for modernizing the UI and supporting new KServe features.
