S3 documentation doesn't seem to work with new tools path

Hi there! I'm new to this project and I'm intending to deploy to S3, but the documentation doesn't seem to work, I don't see where I'm supposed to put the code and node start run doesn't work. I realised that run.js was moved 5 days ago but the document was last edited 4 months ago. Could it be that the instructions are outdated?

Start with the S3 deployment documentation and compare its code location and `node start run` command with the current `run.js` location under the tools path. Confirm the current instructions by following them; done means the documented S3 setup and start command work with the current project layout.
