Description
Maybe we should have `admin` page. Let's discuss what can be there. I can think of the following:
* Force sync of repository
* Force sync of user
* Blacklist user (if spammer)
* Blacklist repository (fake repo to abuse achievement system)
* Add/Remove/Edit tags
