Description

This would allow to use these rules to generate levels programatically.

For example, one could create dungeons the Dead Cells style. Those programatic dungeons could just define the walls, water, ladders, etc. and then those rules could help to generate the tiles on the fly.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by reviewing the repository's LDtk map-loader surface and determine how tile rules should be represented and applied to procedurally defined walls, water, and ladders. Done means LDtk tile rules can be imported and used to generate tiles for programmatic dungeons or levels.
