macOS Big Sur, 11.3.* (multiple devices, all intel-based)
The Get from Marketplace iframe/button doesn't seem be an interactive object beyond changing the cursor to a link handler; at least, upon inspection, it doesn't seem to do what the ARIA description says or anything at all.
I've tried using the latest Chrome (90.0), latest Edge, and Safari. On Chrome I use an ad blocker, but I disabled it for the page(s) in question and it still doesn't seem to work.
All that said, based on your code, this is probably on jetbrains' end.
I'm not sure this is a really terribly-urgent issue, as I am able to work around it by searching for the plugin, but I thought you might want to know there's at least some kind of issue.
