Netlify build image update

Hello, Netlify is requesting that this site update its build image:

I can help with this if no maintainer has access to the Netlify project (though if that is the case, we need to correct that). But I prefer that the projects handle this update themselves, as there is a risk, however slight, that upgrading the build image could break the site build in a way I would be unable to correct if I make the update.

Start at the linked Netlify project configuration and inspect the current build image selection. Confirm whether the project still uses Focal, switch it to Ubuntu Noble 24.04 if access is available, and trigger a site build to verify that the documentation deploys successfully.
