Description
I am currently skipping these in C codegen. They should be addressed, once I figure out #9

Research direction
Start with tools/gen_lib.js around the struct-generation loop and review api.json's struct fields, especially the array and nested-struct types currently skipped. Check issue #9 first, then inspect the generated src/structs.h and src/lib.c; done means those fields are no longer silently omitted from the generated utilities.
