Description
Parthenon is a performance portable block-based adaptive mesh refinement framework driven by Kokkos. Initial success porting the popular astrophysics code Athena++ to GPUs using Kokkos inspired this international, cross-academia and government lab collaboration for a shared framework for astrophysical and terrestrial multiphysics codes. Parthenon now drives 5 different exascale-capable applications and 3 INCITE Awards on Summit, Frontier, and Aurora.
