Feature: 指令管理界面能不能加一个一键展开、一键折叠指令列表的按键

装的插件太多了，指令太多，我想移动某个指令到二级分组的时候，指令列表并不会随着我向上移动指令而滚动指令列表
（希望这个滚动也能加上去，从实现上来讲，感觉加一个"一键折叠/展开"按键更简单）
我用的是edge浏览器打开控制台
