无法接收图片信息

现在我这里 image-search 插件接收不了图片信息。

使用了超时空猫猫。`@chronocat/koishi-plugin-adapter` 和 `@chronocat/koishi-plugin-launcher` 的版本都是最新版0.0.24。其他插件也都是最新版。QQNT版本是9.9.0-14619。

Reproduce the image-search failure with the reported Koishi, Chronocat, and QQNT versions. Start from the logged saucenao error and its 127.0.0.1:5140 endpoint, then determine whether image data is lost in the plugin or rejected by the remote service. Done means the failure is isolated and image information can be received successfully, with a regression check if the project provides one.
