feedback 插件使用问题

Description
刚开始安装 feedback 插件的时候是可以正常使用的
后来过了一段时间之后指令 feedback 就在 help 菜单里消失了并且也无响应，回到控制台把 feedback 停用后再启用就会提示这个无法启动
以为是版本问题回退一个版本后也不行，就又更到最新版本，更新后可以正常启动并且也有指令了
重新订阅后使用正常
但是日志会有这个警告
每反馈一次都会报这个
