[BUG]: New wallets do not appear in auto complete

### Current behavior

After creating a new wallet, if I close it and then attempt to open it again, it does not appear in the directory auto complete.

### Expected behavior

Changes to the directory structure should be reflected in the auto complete.

### Steps to reproduce

Create a new wallet, attempt to open it.

Reproduce the issue by creating a wallet, closing it, and trying to open it again on Mac OS. Trace the CLI's directory autocomplete behavior and verify that changes to the wallet directory are reflected after a new wallet is created; done when the wallet appears in autocomplete and can be reopened.
