Task Ranking System

I would fork and try to edit, but the desktop node seems to be close source.
Since I can not, here is a needed feature:

There needs to be a thumbs up and down rank system for tasks that node operators can use to help find a consensus on tasks that are desired to run. As of now it does not matter because there are few tasks. But if the task qty gets into the hundreds or thousands, a sorting system is necessary.

Start by locating the desktop node's task-listing entry point and any existing task state or sorting behavior. Define how thumbs-up and thumbs-down rankings should be stored, combined into consensus, and reflected when many tasks are present. Done requires an agreed ranking behavior and tests covering task ordering and vote handling.
