docs: in english

Many docs are written in Japanese or Chinese.
I understand that the maintainer feels comfortable with Japanese as it's his mother-tongue language.
But open source is good to be beneficial to as many people as possible.

I don't know either Japanese or Chinese, unable to translate.
(I can use a translator, but some parts become weird, and I cannot have confidence if it's really right or not.)

Would you please write docs in English by default?
