Wider expanded timetable

The expanded timetable view isn't very beautiful at best, if all courses are visible, it's just horrible.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Make the expanded timetable view wider than the screen and only show ~3.5 columns at a time. This would also allow for showing the start and end time per hour as the leftmost column.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Don't change anything because the timetable for all courses is not used so often.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the expanded timetable view in the Android app and run it with all courses visible. Done means the view supports horizontal content wider than the screen, shows roughly 3.5 course columns at once, and includes start and end times in a leftmost column.
