Follow and mint frame

### Context

We would like to have a free mint with a follow functionality.
It should work like follow a `/koda` hub and then you will be asked to mint with the wallet

### Task

1. Take frame - https://github.com/vikiival/based-frog-frame/pull/2
2. Add follow frame and then flow should continue
