Increase EV mobility in Bled

I think to bring more EV people, it would be nice to invest ten spots for electric charging as currently there are only 38 spots for the whole Bled area and adding an extra ten would attract more people and easily come.

The model could be to subsidise in the way people who come to coworking with electric cars for meetings can get discounts on charging and parking.

If the wall charger is in range of 1-1k5, 10k-15k would be an investment.
