Might @thea-exe could create documentation around [Uniquery](https://github.com/kodadot/packages/tree/main/uniquery) at least with GrapqhQL and then extend it with REST API when will be available https://github.com/kodadot/packages/issues/21
Then someone in nft-gallery could pick up
I guess hence we have available [Uniquery](https://github.com/kodadot/packages/tree/main/uniquery) would be nice to build a small raw app deployed on netlify
