[EPIC] Provide example for third party dev kubernetes tools

Developers targeting Kubernetes often use tools that allow them to easily run, deploy, debug and live-reload their code while working with Kubernetes locally or remotely.
Most of the time first-time developers using Kubernetes would use minikube.

The following Epic is to create examples that Knative can be used by those developers using their Kubernetes tool of choice.

This will improve the user experience for those developers using Kubernetes and trying to add knative to their current Kubernetes solutions.

This idea comes from conversations with users at KubeCon NA (Oct 2021) hallway track, as I showed demos of knative user kept asking if it would work with Kubernetes tool x, like okteto or telepresence

Examples should provide more than one language (nodejs, python, java, go)

Start with this epic and the linked Knative UX issues 51–54 to understand the separate Kubernetes tool examples. The work is done when examples exist for the requested tools and support more than one language, including Node.js, Python, Java, and Go.
