Katacoda: eventing broker tutorial improvement

Change the order of consumers in the eventing broker tutorial

For the katacoda tutorial discussed in #3142, consider changing the order of consumers to have one trigger on consumer1 and two triggers on consumer2. https://github.com/knative/docs/pull/3142#discussion_r599195722

Start with the Katacoda eventing broker tutorial discussed in #3142 and review the referenced discussion on pull request #3142. Update the consumer order so consumer1 has one trigger and consumer2 has two triggers, then verify the tutorial still presents the intended event flow.
