Description
Based on https://github.com/knative/specs/issues/102
There is interest in doing more, than those three attributes. See here https://github.com/knative-sandbox/eventing-kafka-broker/issues/2376
One way to address this, is to allow some standardized http header prefix, and pass all of those prefixed headers/values through, for more advanced CE decoration in the case that an event could not be delivered and routed to the DLS.

Research direction
Start with the linked knative/specs issue #102 and eventing-kafka-broker issue #2376 to understand the existing dead-letter sink attributes and the requested event decoration. Define the standardized HTTP header prefix and the pass-through behavior for matching headers and values; done means the specification clearly describes this behavior and its compatibility with dead-letter routing.
