Opting out cookies ...

**Nowadays Google Analytics is illegal in some EU countries, and requiring to opt out via extension installation, too**
I came to website just today (very interested in knative), and I think your privacy policy is not legitimate in EU now, and surely not in Italy where I reside. I saw that in the archived website repo someone [raised an issue about that](https://github.com/knative/website/issues/316).
