Publish `kn` with inlined plugins in nightly builds

### Feature request

PoC to research `kn` + inlined supported plugins to be built into single `kn-all-*` binary. (name is a subject to change)

Aiming for nightlies at first to look for any drawbacks and evaluate the viability of such bundled binary overall.

### Use case

The bundled release should help users that are eventually keen on using or trying out all of the supported plugin and deliver the bits in a single download/install step.

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the CLI plugin definitions and nightly build configuration, then determine how supported plugins are bundled; done means a PoC produces kn-all-* nightly binaries and records viability or drawbacks.
