Description

As a Windows user, I would like the ability to install `kn` via a package manager such as [Scoop](https://scoop.sh/) or [Chocolatey](https://chocolatey.org/) to help simplify the installation/update process of working with `kn`. An example similar to `kn` could be what has been created for `tkn` for its [Chocolatey package](https://github.com/danielhelfand/chocolatey-tektoncd-cli).

Start by reviewing the linked Chocolatey package for tkn and the available kn installation and release entry points. Define the Windows package-manager approach and verify that users can install and update kn through the chosen package manager.
