Port/ Upgrade to latest Angular JS

This was originally designed with the original Angular JS I believe. And the styling seems kind of old at this point (gradients and whatnot).

Probably a good idea to re-style it for a more modern feel, update contact info / experience, and at the same time update to a newer version of Angular
