Description
When working on https://github.com/kmesh-net/kmesh/pull/600, I think we should seperate the install part into a doc for other docs to share, and the experimental part should be in a new doc 'Traffic Shifting'.
And as mentioned in https://github.com/kmesh-net/kmesh/issues/678, command should be highlight and more results of command should be add in the doc.
