Change `run` to allow debuggable frame dump

Description
At the moment, dumping the frames of a sys command line application will result in an uninformative frame within run, and nothing else:
Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : ‹message of `stop` here›
Calls: <Anonymous> -> eval -> eval
If possible, this should be replaced by a proper stack trace.
