Description

Some operators make sense with a power, such as Knuth arrows. Something like "3 <(arrow^4)- 3" would be interesting to see as a computation in code (though what that value portents would be scary).

Research direction

The issue proposes powered operators such as a Knuth-arrow expression, but it names no files, tests, entry points, syntax contract, or expected result. First inspect the repository structure and existing operator implementation, then clarify how operator powers should be represented and evaluated. Done should include an agreed syntax, semantics, and corresponding computation coverage.
