Not working in Chrome

Hi all,

I am not too familiar with coding. But I followed the instructions and it seems to be stuck at adding to the cart. I grabbed the name fro the black title. I have tried without spaces and also tried it with _ between for the spaces and seems to stil get stuck. What am I doing wrong?
