Description
**Suggestion:**
To complement Matomo, we could trial [Useberry](https://useberry.com/) (free tier available) at some point, for user testing and feedback collection. There is a possibility to import live websites to the tool, but I haven't looked into that (in my previous job, we used it only for testing prototypes, not live websites).
We could:
1. Sign up for Useberry’s free plan.
2. Focus on 2–3 key pages (e.g., get.kiwix.org landing page, product pages, cart...).
3, Compare findings with Matomo data
**Goal:** To understand, validate some of our assumptions, and improve user experience.
There are also other similar tools.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the proposal and its references to Useberry and Matomo, then identify whether live websites or prototypes can be tested. Define the selected pages, comparison approach, and decision criteria; the work is done when a trial scope and evaluation outcome are documented.
