Woo Commerce: Possibility to configure Cost of Goods?

Would it be possible to configure the costs, to be able to track net revenues (as we had before in a spreadsheet -> monthly product update)?

We had this calculation, by @Popolechien, that we used:

I've seen some plugins, e.g. https://wordpress.org/plugins/cost-of-goods-for-woocommerce/
But not sure what's the best way to do this.

Alternatively, I could try to adapt the old spreadsheet we use, to the data formats we now get from Woo Commerce. Although, in the long run, would be good to have it somehow within Woo Commerce, instead of using external spreadsheets for this.
