Description

Clockify just announced they would limit shared accounts to 5 users (we currently have 9-10).

We need to decide whether we want to install our own version, or pay (which is a price per user): https://clockify.me/pricing

Pricing is at CHF 66/user/year (thus 600 to 660.-/year in total).

I have asked if they provide non-profit discounts, but seeing how they charge the same amount in USD and CHF there's a potential 20% saving right off the bat.

Research direction

Start with the issue body and review Clockify's pricing, including the possible non-profit discount. Compare paying for 9–10 users with installing a self-hosted alternative; done means the project has chosen and documented one option.
