Compute Kiwix repo's criticality score

There's funding to be had at the Open Source Sustainability Fund and they request our [criticality score](https://github.com/ossf/criticality_score?tab=readme-ov-file)

Can someone quickly compute this for the Kiwix organization, or if too tedious for the `/kiwix-android`, `/kiwix-desktop` and `/kiwix-tools` repositories?

Start with the linked OpenSSF criticality_score instructions and determine whether the Kiwix organization can be scored directly. If that is impractical, run the process for kiwix-android, kiwix-desktop, and kiwix-tools, then report the resulting score or scores in this issue.
