Description
I’ve had discussions with a couple of people recently regarding discoverability, ie “You have this ZIM in your library, I’d recommend that one as well”.
Could this kind of functionality be based server-side, and thus be a lot more fluid that a local conversation?

Research direction
The issue mentions server-side recommendations based on ZIMs in a user's library but names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify the recommendation behavior, server-side integration point, and acceptance criteria; the work is done when those agreed recommendation flows are implemented and verified.
