Launch (and then maintain) a supplier list

For many reasons (strategy, risk assessment, logistical, security), we should have a structured list of IT suppliers.

For each entry, I would like to know:
* Supplier Name
* Supplier Contact
* Product used
* Users
* Where are stored the credentials
* Who is in charge of the supplier on our side
* Kind of data stored there

A few years ago, an embryo of this has been made focused on the credentials. This should IMHO be reatken and extended.

Right now I need this list to make a CIO kind of reassessment of our IT landscape. It's not urgent, but would be good to have this before end of Q2.
