Mute Volume doesn't return back with double-tap lock

**Describe the bug**
Mute Volume doesn't return back with double-tap lock. Keep indefinitely muted.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Enable double-tap lock
2. Set Audio Behavior while Recording to Mute Volume
3. Double tap hot key. The volume got muted but never return back. (with single hot key tap it works though)

**Expected behavior**
Volume return to original volume

Start by reproducing the issue on version 0.7.3 with double-tap lock and Audio Behavior while Recording set to Mute Volume, then compare it with the working single-tap behavior.
