Pause Media Option does not work

**Describe the bug**
When selecting pause media option when recording in the settings, in practice, Hex fails to pause media, like Spotify or YouTube when the recording hotkey is pressed and held. The mute volume option works as expected, however.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Audio Behavior while Recording
3. Select Pause Media
4. Press and hold recording hotkey and note that it does not pause media as expected.

**Expected behavior**
Pauses music like Spotify when recording voice

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- Version 0.6.9

Reproduce the issue through Settings > Audio Behavior while Recording using version 0.6.9, then trace the pause-media behavior invoked while the recording hotkey is held. Done means media such as Spotify or YouTube pauses reliably, matching the expected behavior while mute volume continues to work.
