Custom Dictionary or Default Dictionary

Custom programming-related words are often not transcribed properly with Parakeet like Context7 MCP becomes Contact7 MCP and many other weird words like Oxfmt, Oxlint, etc... becomes something else.

I think they trained a custom model but a dictionary like the above works super well for me. It works most of the times. Like 8/10 times, it just works.

**Additional context**
This might not be needed in future models but for now, it probably is a good idea. One way to automate this is asking Manus.im for tech-related words in a .txt file while pointing at the above repo's words list.

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point in the legacy Swift Hex app. Start by locating the transcription pipeline and its current text post-processing, then determine whether a configurable dictionary or a bundled technical-word list fits the existing design. Done should include corrected technical terms and coverage for custom spellings, with tests showing the intended replacements.
